Guided Meditation for Protecting Your Energy & Raising Your Vibration
Begin by finding a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in… and slowly exhale.
1. Ground Yourself
Take another deep breath in, feeling the air fill your lungs. Hold it for a moment, and then exhale completely, letting go of any tension.
Now, imagine roots extending from the base of your spine or your feet, reaching deep into the earth. Feel yourself connected, stable, and grounded.
2. Activate Your Inner Light
Visualize a small, glowing light at the center of your chest. This is your inner energy, your purest vibration. With each inhale, see this light growing brighter and stronger. With each exhale, feel any negativity leaving your body.
3. Create an Energy Shield
Now, imagine this light expanding outward, surrounding your entire body like a warm, protective cocoon.
You might see it as a golden bubble, a bright white shield, or even a shimmering rainbow aura—whatever feels right for you.
This shield allows love, peace, and positive energy in but blocks any negativity from reaching you.
4. Release Negative Energy
If you feel any tension, stress, or energy that doesn’t belong to you, imagine it dissolving into the earth or transforming into light. You don’t need to carry it. Let it go with your breath.
5. Set Your Intention
Silently or aloud, repeat:
"I am surrounded by light and love."
"I choose peace. I choose joy. I am in control of my energy."
"Other people’s emotions do not define me. I am strong and centered."
6. Seal Your Energy & Return
Take a deep breath in and smile gently. Feel your protective shield strong and secure.
When you’re ready, slowly wiggle your fingers and toes, bringing awareness back to your body.
Gently open your eyes, feeling refreshed, calm and empowered .
