I understand dealing with a narcissist. Yucky feeling but believe me, once you pull yourself out of their negative vibration you will start feeling better emotionally and physically. I have walked that path and almost to the finish line. That person finally signed the divorce documents they have had since January 2024 when I sent them. Of course typical narcissist not wanting to let go I'm missing a page 🙄. Go NO contact it helps with your healing. Surround yourself with good people, listen to affirmations while sleeping. In no time your light will shine brighter ❤ Whenever I have a bad thought/memory/trigger of him I will say "cancel, clear and release" and think of anything that makes ME feel good. Now I'm no longer in his low vibe and raised mine.

About a month ago my 4yr old cousin was asking a bunch of questions. I said all things on this planet are alive and provide us a vibration. She made a comment what about trees? I responded especially trees and they Love hugs. I, Tity will hug a tree and say thank you. She replied you're silly, Tity. This morning I received a text that reads; lil Tity said trees love hugs with a pic of her with a huge smile hugging a tree 🥰
