Hi everyone. Does anyone have any knowledge about grounding mats/sheets and if so where would one buy them and is there a particular brand that is better than another. I am not able to go out to ground in the winter months and it is a necessity for my mental and spiritual health. Thanks, Charli

I can read messages by touching the notification bell but when I get an email notifying me that there is a comment to read it acts like it's loading the comment but then I get an error message saying it can't be loaded cannot be loaded. I don't know.🤷🏼‍♀️
