anyone else having trouble opening the Bob Lazar video

Thanks for the earlier responses. I am wondering if it is possible to ground while standing on cement patio or a small log from the woods?

Hi everyone.    Does anyone have any knowledge about grounding mats/sheets and if so where would one buy them and is there a particular brand that is better than another. I am not able to go out to ground in the winter months and it is a necessity for  my mental and spiritual health. Thanks, Charli
