Some of these toxins are avoidable. Others are out of our control other than helping to support those that fight to stop the use of these substances. Here's an example. Dr. Ardis suggests drinking distilled water. The process of making ones own is either time consuming or costly. It is almost impossible to find distilled water in anything but plastic. There must be an alternative and cheap way of bottling products.
