Yes, and love it. I can see a big difference in my joints and sleep quality when not at home.

Start each day with gratitude. Make sure you remember to love and forgive yourself before others. Self care is an important part of serving others.

As long as we give our power away and let our unconscious beliefs control us, will will not realize how controlled we are. Once aware, we have the choice to change the pattern or stay unconscious. Even Jesus told us this. Organized religions brainwash the believers in giving away their God give power.

Jason has so much on his plate. What comes to my mind often is how we can best help him. The UNIFYD team is also busy. Please don't hesitate to let me or others know if there's anything we can do to help lighten the load.

I was young, about ten. On a warm summer night staring out the screen at the night sky, a light appeared and came closer and closer. Soon I could make out an androgynous figure. He/she came to my window extending a hand. I was suddenly floating along silently observing the town lights below. The being smile as it held my hand and finally spoke, saying, "Never forget this, Barry. You are here at this time for a very special purpose. " After a few more minutes of observing the town from above, I was back in my room in the bed at the window. Of course, recounting the happening to my mother, she dismissed it as a vivid dream. Perhaps so. However, I am over seventy years old and the event is as clear as if was yesterday. You KNOW the difference between a dream and an actual event somehow. Often in difficult times, especially, it comes to mind and I smile. It gives me strength, hope, gratitude and perseverance to continue on this wonderful journey.

I've learned you can meditate, pray, use affirmations, be grateful...whatever. However, none of it is worth the effort unless you first are AWARE of the negative beliefs/self-talk, even ancestral blocks and consciously let them go. When they pop up I try to visualize me putting them in a fast moving stream and watch them float away. Am I always successful? NOT! A work in progress. 🤪. Back to what makes the difference is what Jason incessantly says. "Everything is energy, frequency, and vibration." SO, for me to expect my spiritual efforts to succeed I must not just say it. I must FEEL the emotion of having or being whatever. The universe recognizes our energy. Not our words alone. Yes, easier said than done for sure! Then there's the visualization, synchronicites, and ACTION. And when I mess up, or can't get out of my head, forgive yourself. Nobody says this 3D experience is always a piece of cake.

Seeing myself and FEELING THE EMOTION as a published author, speaker, out of debt and financially secure helps me daily to be grateful, focus, and take action. Kicks the negative self talk's ass!😅
