999 yes "Becoming Supernatural" is a great book. He also has a show on Gaia with the same name and he walks you through a kundalini meditation where you draw spinal fluid up your spine ans into your pineal gland by contracting certain muscles. It was a life changing experience that blew my heart open and releaced so much trama I was in tears.
