I use muscle testing on myself and got a yes to try patches but no to the gum. I’m sensitive to many ingredients so the gum probably wouldn’t agree with my stomach. Good luck to you.

I am going to try the nicotine patches starting tomorrow! I bought the 21 mg and will cut into thirds. I’ll let everyone know here how I feel in a week. Who else is trying it?
