I would focus just on Christ, fill myself just with His Words which are pure Light and Truth. Once established with a good foundation, cleansed of all negative spirits, you have the power to kind of judge what else it is out there. At least, this is what has worked for me. Christ alone.

In my youth I got once so strongly infatuated with a girl that I felt like I could never get over it. The girl had her own rich boyfriend, and they were planning to get married. But I felt so deeply she was the ideal girl for me :-). Plus, we were on very different spiritual paths. My heart was totally captured, but my mind knew that the whole thing was just nuts.

So, I said, Father please help me get rid of this. IMMEDIATLY the whole lie evaporated as if it had never happened to me. It was all a hypnosis, most probably cast on me by one of those negative entities.

That experience made a huge impression on me. One minute was a prisoner of "love" the other gone as if it had never happened.

One thing that I could not see much progress yet though, wrt my hair loss, which is still very advanced. Could not see any progress yet.

Forget to mention this one. Last dentist visit, they were very suprised to find out my gum is where it was 5 years ago. They were like you must have been washing your teeth very well. I was like, no I didn't do that great of a job at teeth washing.

I only knew about this therapy for less than a year now. It looks like my gum is reversing, instead of receding like it was always the case before. Incredibly similar experience to what Dr. Group mentioned wrt his dentist visit.

Also, for me at least, continuous looping does not seem to work so well at current time. I don't know, it's just an inner feeling. I avoid drinking the morning one. It's possible I am too toxic atm. When fasting I do looping though. I find it makes fasting easier.

IIRC, Jason mentioned he does looping all the time. He's been vegan all his life though.

My knowledge at the time about this, was at such level that I googled to see if I had to go to emergency room right away. I thought urine was that toxic. From there then I came over Dr. Group's work.

Abbey Skinner I posted in the past how I accidentally drank a good dose, and how I felt like fire went through my veins and I was very quickly cured. In couple of hours. The healing was so evident, that I had to make up a story for those around me, how come I turned the clock so miraculously. To this very day I didn't dare share the real truth. I turned from sickly pale to rosy cheek in no time. I had both UTI and gall bladder issues at the time, and I felt and looked terrible.

Other things that I saw working well, is when you have problems with stomach acid. In my case it solves it again like miraculously. Also, skin itching, probably when you catch up some fungus or somethings, itching goes away very fast. Or a few drops in the nose when you are congested, the nostrils open up right away.

Otherwise, I wish it would be the silver bullet to all disease. Does not seem to be... I still catch colds, flu, etc. But in some cases, works wonders.
