Sherif Osman Thank God they said you were okay. That's so crazy though, especially never having a history of anything like that.

Wow, I am sorry to hear about this. I can understand how devasting this has been for you especially considering I know how careful and protective you are of your mother. This was out of your control and the fact that you both are okay is all that matters. 

I've recently learned that you have to have gratitude even when something crazy happens in your life or in irritating circumstances. For example, most people are super angry to get stuck in a traffic jam. But, what if God put you in that traffic jam cause He was trying to protect you from a potential tragedy in the direction you were travelling so His choice was to have you sit in traffic long enough for Him to eliminate whatever was ahead trying to cross your path. 

Sorry to have to be all philosophical but I felt the need to share that recent realization with you. Also, remember to keep yourself healthy while taking care of Mom.  Blessings to you and Mom!

Sherif Osman Oh my!!! I am just now seeing this post so I am assuming with the delay that both of you are doing okay. I am so grateful that you guys didn't get severely hurt. I haven't ever been in a super serious car accident so I can only imagine how scary that would be. Thank God you two are safe! 

These are the exact things I am experiencing with my mother-in-law. Every since she moved in here she is hell bent on making me miserable. I have been struggling with staying positive. My energy has been drained daily. Some days I don't leave our room except to cook. I have never done anything to her except help her and now this

Cate I completely agree. I would look at a map that shows locations of all DUMBS and underground areas then compare to the earthquake site thing and anything at 10 k is most definitely a tunnel being blowed up.

Ashley Downard Yes it's hard and overwhelming. Ikr I took those too. Same results. Something as simple as looking at a recipe for dinner can go from recipe to how to get the chicken to be more tender and juicy in the air fryer things to try in the air fryer to oh yeah I need to check my email to wfh jobs then applications for those jobs then omg it's 8pm and I haven't even started my recipe lol it's draining.

Lol ikr... I am the absolute worse. I had like 3 browsers opened with like 20 tabs per browser. Going hard. Then my so called adhd turns a simple quick search into this 18 hour binge of searches. I'm exhausted right now.

Sherif Osma You're very welcome. I'm so thankful to hear that all is well and that she is home now. I cometely understand how hard it can be with her on oxygen because my uncle is as well. And Yes the hospitals are relentless. In my past experience when I really needed their help it was like they wanted to get my ass up out of there but then when I had a minor issue they always wanted to admit me for days running tests. So backwards. I just don't go now and I try to look for more natural alternatives. I sure wish I could afford the eesystem. I am just struggling right now and unsure if I will be able to even keep the power on this month so the eesystem is definitely not in my budget just yet. My day will come.
