Not sure why but I have had this sudden burst of energy these last few days. It could be because I have started eating healthier though.

♥︎999♥︎ OMG me tooand I actually agree it can corrupt it so for me in these recent months I started focusing on gratitude, self-worth, and forgiveness, and in that order of priority, especially to the man who murdered my mom. That was holding me back.BAD. BAD. Then the fact he only got 20 years so let me tell you when I forgave him which was after I found self worth and gratitude. I immediately felt my energy shift. I actually don't suffer from the intrusive thoughts anymore. I feel free so that is when I noticed my instinct became so like quick and then I was like um who said that lol. But it wad just this feeling that yes this is th we way.

♥︎999♥︎ I totally get you on this one, especially since I began waking up here in the recent few months. Okay so if I can actually explain this without sounding weird, so I decided that anytime I am faced with needing to make a decision that the first initial thought I get thinks of it so fast that I know it has to be the true real way to go because I usually have a 5 second delay before I actually think of something that I feel is not the right way to go. Does this make sense lol?

♥︎999♥︎ OMG YES me too, except it's happening while meditating. This is a relief to know I am not losing my mind. I am still trying to figure out what these entities could be categorized as but they will usually be just directly in my face except 2-3 weeks ago I seen some being that looked like it had huge eyes with a slight upward outter slant. It was as if the image was in B&W unless the entity had gray skin. It had a strange uniform on almost like a weird old WW1 or 2 military uniform that was gray and black and those hats from then as well and was holding something in its hand. It had a very serious emotionless look on its face. Then I have lately been having other strange images.

Some days some times I will have 2 different tones in both ears other days I may just have my right ear ring then if I brush it off my left ear will start doing it in like a high pitch sound. I know trying to meditate and instantly closing my eyes to only see some entity's eyes is just getting scary.

Lol ikr...my ears ring sometimes but lately way more than usual. Especially in my left ear.
