I have nocit that since the start of covit when I started using fish fert on farm witch has all the minerals and stuff that I no longer need to drench for worms in the stock grow more grass the worms in the soil have come back so having food with food levels of minerals in them is very good for you were most food's sold in shops are grown in soil depleted in minals so don't have any so aren't that good for you

Most people think by eating fresh fruit and vegetables they are getting all the minerals and stuff but most farmers have not been putting the minerals back on their farms so the plants are lacking if the soil doesn't have it the plants can't get it so the only way to get the minerals is other ways or grow your own and add minerals to the soil

If you boil veggies put the water on your plants it's a fertilizer or drink it it has everything that comes out of the veggies
