I have not had a cold saw throat or runny nose since the start of covit not vaxed I'm a smoker so should be at more risk than others as my hands are by my mouth and nose a lot but don't drink alcohol and had not had a cold for 7 years before covit so only been sick twice in like 12 years so my immune system is working the way it should and work on a farm and smoke so exposed to a lot of bugs I think it has a lot to do with not drinking alcohol witch is know for killing bugs and may lower the immune system
