Don't give them a reaction and carry a large can of polar bear spray or bear spray. Never take the same routes everyday. Always change up the way you head to work and to home. And always move fast so they have. Hrs time tracking you. Don't give out your number to just anyone. Or change it then do that. Change your email password constantly. Put heavy and good locks on your windows ND doors. Put cameras and microphones in your home. If you can. Doing lol this will help save you a lot of trouble when it comes to qht they will try to do to fuck with you. Don't show fear and don't tell anyone anything about yourself. Don't trust females (or whatever your preference is)that all of a sudden start hitting on you ND telling you exactly what you want to hear. They are sent to befriend you. Talk to Jesus. He is and always was your only trustable friend.Get a pet. And always take videos ND pictures and back them up on flash drives hide them outside your home casually where no one else will find them. When doing this remember you are always being watched so just except it already and do anything hiding of flash drives with natural body movements that won't let them know why you are doing. ND the most important thing is this ..it was probably the few that are closest to you (your partner,your family, coworkers etc.)that have put you on a TI list for whatever reason. Or just cause they felt like it ..who knows. Trust no one. ND stay strong. God has your back. Don't show weakness a have faith that Jesus is gonna keep you safe ...never fear these fuckers even if it feels like you will break. I swear it'll will get easier because you will become desensitized to their bs. And one day you will eventually start having fun playing their game in them. And if you really want to put it to a stop you will have to basically do an overview of who you have in your life and you most likely have to shut some one out that you might not want to shut out. That's the hardest in part. But you'll see who is there to fuck with you and who is there to help real quick. But don't tell them too much ever. Just only the bare minimum.
