Under houses by a park called “ Stanley park” they are building “ sewage tunnels”

I’m sorry but I’m a bit curious as to agree if this is really what these will be used for?
The river is right there?
Added tunnels, to traffic the kids on boats?

Makes me wonder!

Question:

My Canadian peers- do you remember the government came out back in 2018 about updating the Rideau Hall? The National Capital Commission dealt with this-They called this “ The Barn” ..now if anyone remember when they had a debate over the cost, (8 billion)information about an elevator going deep into the ground?
This nailed Rays response, those tunnels- now I believe “ The Barn” is possibly a designation hub for taking those kids down. There is more behind this!
What’s your thoughts? Am I to much in my head? I don’t think I am! As I type this the Sun peers through the sky on this cold winter day, through the clouds, I believe giving me the answer I’m right!
