Childhood emotional neglect carries into adulthood🤱

Have you ever experienced a time in your childhood where one or both of your parents told you to stop crying or disregarded the emotions you were trying to express? When this happens, these suppressed emotions can later impact our relationships with others, as well as ourselves.

As we learned at The Transformation Event, our body communicates with us, showing us where we have trapped emotions. The side of the body we experience pain can indicate whether that stems from a situation involving our father/mother or masculine/feminine energy.

This simple, yet profound teaching sparked courage in Mike, who felt called to vulnerably share his experience of emotional neglect from his father at the age of 5. His ability to finally release those trapped emotions completely transformed his perspective of the experience.
