Far from sunshine & rainbows all the time that's for sure. It's been a journey for me since 2020 & I know that was a big year for alot of people. If I really want to go there ,it started before I realized in 2010. That's when I went to a 90day rehab to get myself together for myself & my two sons.Thats when I was introduced to yoga & meditation, although I stopped doing it shortly after & picked it back up in 2020. There's been alot of growth inside of me when it comes to the way I see & feel the world now that it's hard to hold back who I truly am .With that comes alienation & isolation. Unfortunately that's where I'm at. I'm trying to build back a support system of like minded people . Coming from my small town in NC, that is challenging for sure. Luckily I have a supportive partner that's been open minded about everything. That pretty much where I'm at right now... thanks for the share I relate 100%

Jason usually does a live group meditation once a month on the "portal" days like 1/1 or 2/2 or 3/3. I watch it on his YouTube channel. The next one will be 5/5, not sure the time yet...

I love sitting in the sun, it's energy feels so good. I just got finished sitting on the porch listening to the tree frogs & taking in this North Carolina sunshine🌞
