●Good judgment is what sets apart great leaders from the rest, say Noel Tichy and Warren Bennis. It's about using one's personal qualities and experiences to make sound choices when the information isn't black and white. The most difficult aspect to wrap your head around is that we human have been brain washed for a good century now and multiple narratives have been formed to control certain outcomes and revelations within societies. It's time to take our power back and start thinking for ourselves again!! If you claim to be an independent person then you must grapple with the idea that you can make your own opnion based decisions and after doing so being completely okay with the outcome. For so long we have been asking people to think for us because we were manipulated and tricked into believing we had to. Don't let the schemes trick you out of your spot!! Today, narratives are being broken down and belief systems are being destroyed and rewritten. We write our own stories now and we create our very own self sufficient ideology of this or of that because we are independent entities and do not need anyone or anything to think for us.. sorry psychopaths but WE GOT THIS!!
●The definition of good judgment as a combination of deep experience, analytical abilities, and innate intuition makes sense at a high level but lacks practical guidance on how to acquire such skillset. Despite recognizing its importance in decision-making processes, developing this proficiency remains challenging for many individuals due to its intangible characteristics.I’ve found that leaders with good judgment tend to be good listeners and readers—able to hear what other people actually mean, and thus able to see patterns that others do not. They are adept at listening and reading people, able to decipher the true intentions behind words and actions. This allows them to recognize patterns that others may miss, enabling them to make more informed decisions. Additionally, they have an extensive range of experiences and relationships which provides them access sublime analogies relevant to their decision-making process., Leaders with good judgement also demonstrate remarkable self awareness recognizing how their own emotional states bias their reasoning so as not allow these factors unduly influence important choices; instead relying upon dependable confidants when necessary while considering all available options before making up mind.
●Transforming knowledge into understanding is essential for sound decision-making, but it's hampered by leaders who don't critically evaluate the information they receive or read.Unfortunately, few individuals thoroughly absorb the information they are given. This is because we have a natural inclination to disregard data that contradicts our beliefs or falls outside of our expectations, which only intensifies as people get older (with studies revealing that younger minds are more perceptive). Owing to their heightened self-assurance owing to previous achievements, even top performers frequently fall victim to this lackadaisical attitude toward knowledge acquisition, causing them to unintentionally ignore vital cues.
●People with sound judgment are dubious of information that lacks logical coherence. If it weren't for a Soviet lieutenant colonel named Stanislav Petrov, we might not be here today. In 1983, as the duty officer at the USSR's missile tracking center, Petrov was informed by Soviet satellites of a supposed US missile attack on the Soviet Union. He decided that the 100% probability reading was suspiciously high and didn't pass it up the chain of command as he should have done but instead made a gut feeling call that probably saved the entire world from being blown up. When things are obvious or don't feel right they usually aren't right!! So, go with your intuition as an old friend has suggested. 💯 To improve active listening, focus on nonverbal cues, question conclusions, manage emotions, prioritize key information when overwhelmed with documentation, verify data quality, consider diverse perspectives, detect inconsistencies, and use reliable metrics. When seeking advice, it is important to look beyond the surface level and consider what is not being said. Pay attention to those things and don't simply assume that someone who disagrees with you is wrong. They may actually be challenging your beliefs and helping you grow in a new way. Assess your ability to draw on personal experience in decision-making by reviewing past judgments, identifying successes and failures, and evaluating the relevance of used analogies.
●Develop a comprehensive understanding of alternative perspectives by exploring and embracing them through role-playing and simulations. This fosters an environment for constructive disagreement while encouraging employees to consider diverse viewpoints. Good judgment requires humility and an openness to alternative perspectives. By admitting the possibility of error and actively seeking out diverse viewpoints, individuals and organizations can avoid costly missteps or complet failure. Improve decision-making by seeking clarification on unclear details, challenging assumptions based on insufficient data points while considering alternative perspectives offered after removing any bias towards specific outcomes. In evaluating a proposal, it is essential to ensure that the experiences of those recommending the investment align with the context of the project. If they cite previous work, request explanations for its relevance to the current situation.

Polarization...how do we stop the Everlasting comparison game we play in unknowingly..? Or is this just the way things are going to be and have to be..? I wonder on other planets and in different parts of the Universe if they also have a polarized reality..? 🤔🤔🤔 Thoughts and opinions?

If anyone is a struggling with addiction or knows somebody that is struggling with addiction and you're located in the Midwest area of the United States I have gobs and gobs of resources for different treatment centers and Medicaid assisted treatment programs which comes with a whole list of compartmentalized resources as well which consists of Support,Groups & Classes,Education Classes Therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist, counselors, Community Support specialist, peer support specialist, medical doctor and legal teams. These services are all free to the public and they will actaully pay for any and all expenses on a massive level. In other words, you pay NOTHING!! In cahoots with multiple 21-30 day drug/cognitive rehabilitation centers as well as 4-5 outpatient organizations where you pay nothing and im also in very good relations with a 15 day detox center mostly for fentanyl and alchol due to the facts those are the only 2 drugs you can dis from the withdrawals. These people are the best in the area and there facilities are profound with comfortable beds,relaximg chairs as well a various varities of entertainment within the facility. Medical detox so you wont feel like your dying to bad. Ive been clean off of fentanyl that was mixed with xylazine for 7 months and three days and I can tell you one thing, I was a hopeless and helpless drug addict who was homeless and living in abandoned buildings eating out of trash cans stealing candy bars, drinking water from ditches and rivers and to not having any friends or family or any type of belongings or something to call my own. My addiction ran me straight into the dirt and surprisingly I didn't get buried under it. Ive overdos3d at a grand total of 17 times and have been brought back with NARCAN most of every time..Source wasnt ready for me yet. I have shit to do and SO DO YOU! My mom died from a fentanyl overdose 6 years ago and there is people dropping like flies around the St Louis area. This drug does not care who you are what you are or where you're from, it will take your life and you think that you are just getting high and that you're going to have a good time but in reality 3 minutes after you do it,you're magically floating above your body scratching your spirit thinking to yourself, damn, I should not have done that dope! I have many many resources and I am in good standings with many organizations which I am involved in and work with people from. Even if your not from the mid west i could make arrangements for anyone to come gwt some help i jist wouldnt be able to help with transportation arrangements and i was a sober living house manager for an organization where I had to manage 30 to 40 grown men as means of getting them treatment services and connected with different resources while also helping them with life problems and giving them support so I can help anybody through anything. I don't judge because I was a pathetic exuse for a human and i dont think its possible to become lower than where i was so anybodys welcome. Come on folks,come gwt some help! Well do this together. I have been to the bottom of the barrel and I have been in the pitch black Veil of addiction where i was lost for 15 years of my life since the age of 15 when i started injecting heroin and methamphetamine and has8clly any other drug you could inject ,I DID IT, and I made it out.. I'm not quite sure how I made it out. But I'm here right now, writing this post. If you want to get your life back and your willing to go TO ANY LENGTHS and you're in the Midwest or you know somebody that is in the Midwest and wants to get help drop the info down in the comment section.. or I'm here to just talk about life and addiction if anybody feels they want or need to talk about anything like that. Could it be possible that man-made religion is simply just a giant syop operation that was created to control Humanity??? I had an intuitive download today as I was talking to an acquaintance of mine and as we conversated we were talking about his perception of Jesus Christ and God and I mentioned my beliefs and reincarnation and how I connect to source and my version of God without having to go through a third party entity(jesus christ)and he could not wrap his head around how I could connect and hack straight into source without having to put my trust & faith in Jesus Christ and as we continued to talk he started getting angry with me and raising his voice and pointing his finger at me while demanding and commanding that my beliefs and what I said couldn't and shouldn't be right and that life through Jesus Christ is the only way that anybody can truly be set free from their negative ways(sins)and it's the only way that I could possibly get to heaven.. as we continued to converse I explained to him that I did not believe in heaven or hell and mentiond that I thought it was a simple way for the creators to alter the perception and actions of the individuals it was being proposed to by creating a fear-based belief through not following the Ten Commandments or not following any other guidelines and stipulations as far as getting that ticket to heaven and he got really upset and started yelling at me telling me "no that there is a heaven and hell" and you only live one physical life and then it's either heaven or hell and no in between but it was kind of odd because the whole conversation sparked up due to him not feeling fulfilled or like his destiny and purpose was not synchronized to his life because he could not fully connect and/or commit to Jesus Christ and obtain the faith that was needed to be worthy of Jesus Christ or God altogether. I don't know something just came across my mind I'm like dang, he really is getting upset over me not believing what he believes or me challenging his belief systems all together and that totally just sounds like the way that the government has used mind control on the entire world using psyop warfare by connecting people of earth to develope a passion and intricate relationship to certain beliefs,idols,ideas and narratives as well as structures within Society. Like people WILL DIE for the beliefs in current time when speaking in terms of political,religions, and other belief structures..like people WILL DIE for either Trump and/or Biden RIGHT NOW today!! I don't know,it's just food for thought.. does anybody have an opinion on this matter? I'm sure somebody will be upset over this post and that right there will probably prove my point. Let's see!! You know the term "soul searching"? I've come up with a new way to look at people/learn people when speaking in terms of understanding them on a profound and divine scale! When your looking at someone your falsely interpreting a projected 3D object but inside that 3D object in all actuality is a delicate yet very intricate source of energy(OUR SOUL) and profoundly this very part of self has not been visible for hundreds of years (maybe even thousands) due to a spirtual blind fold (THE VEIL/THE DEEP-STATE) that has been casted upon our souls eye and sub-consciously, unknowingly, we were programmed (MIND CONTROL) into only seeing this projected (HOLOGRAM) physical 3D object. So if your a deep meditator you know what I mean by the way you deeply and divinely connect to your inner-self (SOUL) in a magical and special way so when speaking in terms of "higher-self", you can actually apply this sort of deep concentration and connection to the same divine energy source in your personal meditations. "You ask How"!?!? I thought you'd so never ask!! How in the world can you do a such a thing while your eyes are opened and there's alot going on externally and its impossible to dial in on that type of spiritual vison?? Thats where you have been mistake my friend..🤦🏽‍♂️PERCEPTION!! This is how you begim to understand things on a much more profound way.. This is where you apply that deep connection you have to your higher-self and apply the same inner energy to connecting to intended persons soul with the "INTENSION" of connecting to there (inner-self/higher-self), the exact same way you associate to your (inner-self/higher-self) and this is theoretically possible and also 100% plausible in every way due to the fact that we are (ALL CONNECTED!!!) If you can hack your internal energy, which is connected directly to (SOURCE) & everything is connected to (SOURCE) so why couldn't/shouldn't you be able to make a friendly agreement with there's??? So the idea is that you're able to build a bridge to connect to someone else's inner-self and divine energy (SOUL) because your soul and there soul are both from the same place (SOURCE) as we are living within this homogenous Universe where everything in ONE. How do you think ET's telepathically speak to one another!?? It's through hacking and accessing this divine energy (SOURCE) that connects them all together creating a single conscience entity..AKA " THE COLLECTIVE".. . So now when I look at people to communicate with them I concentrate very purely, lovingly, and with positive intentions to understanding and learning there inner-self the same exact same way I try to understand and get to know my higher-self! This process is with the same intention for yourself, yet profoundly, on a much larger scale. Within this context you will have a much deeper and intimate understanding not only of yourself but to the collective that each and every person here on Earth is currently a part of (COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUS) I feel as if I've been doing this unknowingly my entire life because I'm a very advanced empath and I have pinpoint intuitive reception. We share the same energy which is all connected. (IF YOU [TRULY] BELIEVE YOU CAN, YOU [TRULY WILL]) Love and light to all! Hope this reading was beneficial!!
