If you find a creator/coach or healer on socials that you align with check out their free resources or low price point offers. A lot of good information out there for sure.

Foxy Fungible I just wanted to comment as a source of hope as I also was prescribed opioids for over 2 decades. I was finally able to change that. It felt like the scariest thing I have ever done at the time. I haven’t done ayausca myself. I am interested and may at some point. Many people in my circle have done it and other plant medicines. There are healing modalities that are likened to, “plant medicine without the plant medicine”. Energy healing modalities especially in combination with other modalities that help regulate the nervous system and help within the subconscious mind. I just want you to know it is possible whether you can get to Costa Rica or not. Somehow, some way I know this possible for you. I’m new to this community and app. I just joined today so I really don’t know what is appropriate yet but you can learn more about me from my bio I think. I really just want you to know that I know what that feels like. To know with everything in you that you are meant for more and to experience the things you want to while feeling like you have this thing blocking you from achieving that and it feels impossible. At least this is what it felt like for me. There is no magic way. Yes these things and spirituality greatly helped me but it was the desire to no longer be a slave to it, for it to no longer own me that rang loudest and helped me be committed to finding it within me. Everything we need exists within us. So much love to you

I sense a shift with this actually. A lot of healers including myself are way more focused on offering more affordable services. I have always seen it as a problem and have spend ridiculous amounts of money. YouTube a great free source of information.  Also if group sessions are offered it makes it less expensive. I am a part of a group that offers a free group healing every month. Look for things like this. Memberships are sometimes offered for $1 for the first month. Take advantage and learn everything you can in that month. If it is of great value at least you would be able to try it first for a month to be sure. People who are new to healing services need to practice at first. This is something else to keep your eyes out for as well. When people have their links in their bio on socials look into what they offer for free. It will give you a feel for that person. Hope that is helpful
