Some people here have indicated that they don't believe Adrenochrome is real. Then instead of researching it, they just right it off as not real. And that's why the psychopath elites were able to continue raping, torturing and murdering children for at least a decade after Mel Gibson exposed it. Closed minds accomplish nothing and get nowhere.

I stopped breathing but my heart was still beating and woke up 2 days later in the hospital. I have a question more like looking for some direction because I don't know where to begin. I am not ready to talk about my experience, even though it was vivid.
My question:
I feel this unbelievably strong urge to meditate, never done it before and don't know where to start any suggestions?
