Energetical Imbalances Manifest As Physical Ailments
All illnesses start with the non physical parts of yourself. From your emotional, mental, and astral bodies. If one’s emotional state is not observed and understood why something is out of alignment, the dense energies continue to get packed, in due time, they begin to manifest as physical disease.
The experiences you have in one way or another were created by you. Your thoughts, words, actions, and pre-agreements. And your responses decide how much you grow from each experience, or do you sink into further duality and take the long path towards healing and realization.
Whether you are on the giving or receiving end, pains, grudges, heartbreaks, grief, mistreatments, all begin with a thought, if that thought is not changed or released, it begins to roll down hill like a snowball, growing into something more.
There is an energetical issue with every physical illness.
This occurs when one refuses to broaden their perspective and understand the deeper meaning of a situation, or not willing to change or accept what has transpired. Thus remaining in that lower energetical state, and learning to find comfort in the victim role. Instead of reflecting on the issue at hand, speaking up, and or seeking help from whoever you think may be able to assist you.
The energetical imbalances in one’s being start to manifest as physical ailments if they are not understood and sought to be healed. For example, health issues related to the heart and lungs are due to lack of love, for the self, not feeling loved as a child. Lung cancer; inability to feel safe, depression, grief, holding on to the past, and or feeling unworthy of life. Heart attack; giving up joy for material gains, feeling lonely, fearful, and not good enough, continuous emotional problems.
A list of physical illnesses which begin as energetical imbalances in the entity;
Baldness, hair loss; Is due to blockage of the crown and third eye chakras, closed out to new ideas and change.
Headaches; Self judgement, fear, refusing the current of events.
Weight concerns; Safety, fear, anger with parents, feeling unloved.
Genital problems; Sexual guilt, shame, blocking creativity.
Cancers; Long held pains and traumas, grief, rejecting self and rejection from others/unloved in life.
Kidneys; Anger, disappointment, unbalanced reactions.
Miscarriage; Not trusting in the timing, fearing the future. This also can be for karmic reasons, and the soul not wanting to fully be in the physical.
Pneumonia; Exhaustion, unable to heal emotional wounds.
Stomach issues/ulcers/constipation; Refusing to let go of the past, guilt and blaming one’s self for past actions.
Blood pressure; Unhealed emotional problems. Low blood pressure; Neglected as a child, feeling defeated.
From the many different medicines you can take to help you deal with the symptoms, you can also heal health issues by seeing, thinking, truly believing that you really are not ill. It’s simply in the mind. Change your thoughts. Shift your emotions. The moment you wake up in the morning, state the following; I am healthy and filled with life and vitality. My body operates at optimum health.

There are moments in life — and in history — when you can feel the atmosphere shifting before anything visible makes itself clear.
It can feel like pressure.
A charge in the air.
A sense of inevitability you can’t explain.
It can show up in your body as restlessness, excitement, clarity, discomfort, sadness, or rage.
It can feel like standing on the edge of your own life, knowing something must break open — even when you don’t know what or how.
If you're feeling that now, you're not the only one. And if you’re not feeling it yet, you probably will soon.
The first sign of this kind of life-altering change is always the same:
The old way stops working — until it's almost impossible to tolerate anymore.
The identity and behaviors that kept you functioning are not sustaining you anymore – because you've outgrown the matrix they belonged to.
At that point, to move forward, something must happen:
An old agreement must be withdrawn.
This is true for you as an individual,
or for a nation,
or for the world as a whole.
That withdrawal — the refusal to agree any longer to the old way — is what I call the Hard No.
The Hard No is not the same as wishing, wanting, hoping, trying, resisting, or complaining.
The Hard No is where you say:
“I don’t know what will happen or how, but I am not agreeing to this anymore.”
A true Hard No can be the most powerful act you will ever take.
It’s the moment the old world ends and the new one begins.
Most of the time, the Hard No comes before it’s clear what the new Yes will be.
It has to be that way — because the moment your system truly refuses to stay trapped in an identity you’ve outgrown, is the moment you begin to connect with something new…
Even if you don’t know what that something is.
The Hard No is the moment a nation stops negotiating with its oppressors.
It’s the moment your soul stops negotiating with a way of feeling, living, relating, being — that was never really yours.
It’s the moment you realize:
What has been happening is no longer tolerable.
Some people call it hitting bottom. But it doesn’t have to be dramatic or extreme.
It happens when a person — or a people — reaches the edge of the matrix they’ve been living in, and their soul says:
No.
Not this.
No way.
No more.
If you're on that edge — or feeling it approaching — I want you to know something:
A true Hard No is the beginning of a whole new world.
When you say a true Hard No, it cuts you loose like a blade —
from what’s kept you bound, no matter for how long.
It withdraws your agreement from the patterns — seen and unseen —
that were part of a field you’re no longer willing to carry.
A true Hard No reorganizes you — the entirety of you — from the inside out.
It takes you from the known into the unknown — but in a way that forces a new reality to begin forming around you… and around the light of your soul.

Our brain is a powerful machine – it runs on whatever we feed it. When we supply it with negativity, it will function in survival mode. But when we provide it with growth, gratitude, and fresh ideas, it begins to rewire itself for clarity, confidence, and creativity. Change the input and you change the output. New information brings new perspectives, which spark new actions, and those actions shape a new reality. Your brain isn’t fixed; it’s trainable – but that requires awareness and intentionality. What you allow in determines what you put out. Negativity in, negativity out. Greatness in, greatness out.
Every time you reframe a difficult moment, you strengthen the ability to turn obstacles into clarity, pain into purpose, and uncertainty into possibility. Your mindset will shape your future – so let it be one that searches for the good, expects the good, and ultimately discovers the good, even in the places you least expected it.
