I am so sick, with many chronic illnesses, including fibromyalgia and chronic pain as well as other things, I need a spiritual healing but don't know where or how to get this help, that I can afford. I'm getting sick of being bedbound or housebound 😭

Yes I honestly don't feel like I belong on earth. I honestly believe I've either been an alien in past lives or I am an alien or have alien DNA, Too much to write to explain why.

Sometimes I feel the charkras aren't quite the right colours in order, but also I feel that you can move through the chakras and colours. so you can work out what doesn't feel right in you, for eg I have gut problems, sometimes that's a brown colour for me and I listen to brown music and concentrate and breathe whilst listening to brown music Hz it seems to work, but when you do it, I notice I'll start feeling a bit restless and I know it's because I'm working on that area, which can feel uncomfortable sometimes if I tweak the Hz I then become fully calm and I imagine myself healing whilst doing breath work get rid of the unhealthy energy & replace it with new healing energy.

I hope this kinda makes sense. I also worked. Out how we should eat, what and when and why.

By filling my lungs fully and recycling or removing negative energy and replace it with positive energy.

So eg if I want to work on my lungs, I use air or blue frequency music as air without wind doesn't have an exact music frequency so you have to be careful with blue as blue can also =water. So I get air music with calming wind frequency listen to it a doing breath work and heal that area. There's lots I know but I'm not articulate enough to explain fully.

frostbit85 I also use frequency music, sounds for healing، I know what area needs work so. I change to whatever frequency is needed. I could explain it all but would take lots of typing, but it also includes the elements and chakras, kind of, but I have seen what the different colours represent, so eg, brown= earth equals a certain frequency and can work on an area of the body that is linked to it so i drop into that frequencyand breathe a certainway groundingwhilst fillingmyself.
